Landscape Crew Lead | $30–$35/hr

Join Yampa Lawn Care and lead a crew that takes pride in doing high-quality landscape work. We're looking for an experienced, dependable leader who can keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.

What You'll Do: Lead landscape installation projects, manage crew members, operate equipment, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

We're Looking For: Landscaping experience, strong leadership and communication skills, a valid driver's license, reliability, and pride in your work.

Pay & Benefits: $30–$35/hour depending on experience, client tips, year-end bonus eligibility, and 401(k).

Irrigation Technician | $30–$38/hr

Know irrigation and enjoy solving problems? Yampa Lawn Care is looking for an experienced Irrigation Technician who can diagnose problems, make quality repairs, and work independently.

What You'll Do: Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems, locate leaks, replace valves and heads, install and modify systems, and perform seasonal startups and winterizations.

We're Looking For: Irrigation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, a valid driver's license, reliability, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients.

Pay & Benefits: $30–$38/hour depending on experience, client tips, year-end bonus eligibility, and 401(k).

Yampa Lawn Care is looking for a dependable Mow Crew Lead who takes pride in leaving properties looking their best.

What You'll Do: Lead a mowing crew, manage residential and commercial routes, operate professional mowing equipment, and maintain high standards for mowing, trimming, edging, and cleanup.

We're Looking For: Lawn maintenance experience, leadership skills, a valid driver's license, reliability, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Pay & Benefits: $27–$30/hour depending on experience, client tips, year-end bonus eligibility, and 401(k).
